Tom Niekamp

Tom practiced as an attorney in the alcohol industry for over 35 years, serving as legal counsel to the ATF from 1988 to 2003, and then to the TTB from its inception in 2003. He retired from TTB in 2014 and has since worked in private practice serving the alcohol industry on federal matters.
